Thomas E. Parnell, Esq.

Thomas E. Parnell was born in Tampa, Florida, on July 27, 1958. He has practiced law locally since 1984. He has been a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1984. He attended Florida State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology in 1980 and his Juris Doctorate in Law in 1984.

Mr. Parnell is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Florida and all state courts, as well as in the Federal District Court and Middle District of Florida. He has tried many cases in both the Federal Civil Division and the Federal Bankruptcy Courts.

A.P. Gibbs, Esq.

A. P. Gibbs was born in Madison, Florida, on June 8, 1939. He has practiced law in Pasco County and neighboring counties since 1967. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, is a twice past-President of the Pasco County Bar Association, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the First National Bank of Pasco. He is a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He graduated from Florida State University in 1961 and the University of Florida Law School in 1966, and he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1967.

Mr. Gibbs is a veteran trial lawyer, having tried many different types of cases in many different courts. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States and other lower federal courts, and all state courts. He has made several appearances in the Supreme Court of Florida and has twice won reversals from that court.

Matthew R. Kochevar, Esq.

Matthew Kochevar has focused his practice on personal injury law, fighting for maximum recoveries on behalf of working families who have been victimized by negligence or disregard of others.

Mr. Kochevar graduated from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University (New Orleans) in 1998. He has been practicing in all areas of personal injury since that time.

A native of Pueblo, Colorado, Matthew has lived and traveled throughout much of the United States prior to establishing roots in the Tampa Bay area. He is currently a member of the Hillsborough Bar, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Eric M. Moore, Esq.

Eric M. Moore was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on December 3, 1965. He has lived in the Tampa Bay area for nearly 30 years, having graduated from Chamberlain High School and the University of South Florida, before attending law school at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1993.

Mr. Moore has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1994. He has practiced law locally since that date, focusing primarily on automobile accident and premises liability cases. He has participated in trials in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Since joining the firm, Mr. Moore's practice has focused on litigation of personal injury claims.
